This infographic draws on the findings from Data2X’s newest report, Mapping Gender Data Gaps: An SDG Era Update, by visually mapping the status of gender data gaps across six domains of women’s empowerment: economic opportunities, education, environment, health, human security, and public participation.
It categorizes the status of gender data gaps in four ways:
- Gaps that have remained unchanged
- Newly identified gaps
- Gaps that have significantly decreased
- Gaps that have somewhat decreased.
