Meet Kelsey Ross

Kelsey is the Senior Associate for Programs at Data2X, providing programmatic leadership and administrative support to projects such as the Women’s Financial Inclusion Partnership and other women’s economic empowerment initiatives. Prior to joining Data2X, Kelsey was a Research Associate at the Center for Global Development where she worked on economic development in Africa, infrastructure, and gender. She earned an MA in international economic relations from American University and a BA in government and Southeast Asian studies from Cornell University.
