Elizabeth has a cross-sectoral background in applied research, programming, and policy in the public and private sectors, specializing in qualitative, participatory research methods and gender-based violence prevention and response. Elizabeth received an MA in International Affairs with concentrations in Global Gender Policy & Conflict from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, and a BA in History and Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
