Using USAID’s gender and ICT toolkit

To ensure that ICT4D programs are adequately implemented, it is important to monitor to assess how these programs address gender equality in ICT. USAID published a toolkit to help fill the gap in obtaining an overall landscape assessment of gender and ICT for USAID programming. This toolkit provides USAID and implementing partners with practical, well-researched tools they can use to obtain data on women’s access and usage of mobile phones and other connected devices.
