Using open data on maternal and newborn health
Open data on maternal, newborn and child health helps practitioners, academics, and researchers in understanding in providing better healthcare services and other development programs. The PRECISE database is an open-source platform that contains globally recommended indicators included in Health Management Information Systems, and it also comprises key outcomes, life-saving interventions, postpartum assessments, and an additional 17 administrative variables for the mother and babies.
