Using CARE’s Rapid Gender Analysis focused on COVID-19 in 38 countries

Qualitative data provide insights on the complexities of people’s needs and identities. Qualitative data also amplify the voices of marginalized communities. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, CARE International launched their Rapid Gender Analysis – with a specific focus on COVID-19 – by surveying over 6,200 women and 4,000 men in 38 countries to further understand how COVID-19 has impacted women, men, and marginalized groups in their daily lives.
