Understanding the impact of data gaps in a sexual violence campus survey
Traditional household surveys may not have the capacity to understand the magnitude of sexual assault experiences on university campuses. In the United States, an academic study assessed the impact of survey non-response and non-completion pertaining to sexual assault experiences on university campuses. The study recommends that colleges and universities must plan for surveys and gender sensitivity analysis to reduce biases.
